ONGOI.NG documentation (O::D) is an adaptable documentation service for your valuable and unique innovation processes. Its main aim is to prevent loss of information and working results. O::D was developed by Design Thinkers and can therefore be applied to all modular project management systems and research environments.

Our team is well trained in innovation techniques (such as Design Thinking, Community Catalysing, Project Coaching, Methodical Hacking), hence able to capture changes in topic or spontaneous turns during the innovation process. O::D uses various recording types: Those cover text, sound, graphic, photographic and video recordings in previously defined timeslots. Additionally we also offer innovative documentation tools such as visual recording and documentary prototyping.

O::D invites the innovators to remember and revive their documentation processes in the long run. Additionally, O::D may also be useful to a broader audience - both as an introduction to the processes of innovation methods in general, and for deeper insight into particular sessions, which in turn may reveal hooks for further research. We also invite developers, designers and conceptors to benefit from O::D with respect to evaluation processes: O::D serves to illustrate and explain the innovation processes according to the users' school of thought in a clear and comprehensible manner to other departments. O::D is a mobile service and can be applied in the location of your choice.
