ONGOI.NG::MEDIA is an adaptable media service for your valuable and unique innovation and creation processes. Its main aim is to prevent loss of information and working results. ONGOI.NG::MEDIA was developed by Design Thinkers and can therefore be applied to all modular project management systems and research environments as a narrative storytelling.

Kay Strasser, co-founder of ONGOI.NG::MEDIA: "Having worked on a broad range of topics we soon realized that there was no reliable tool yet that records the deep and dense insights of academic or companies' innovation processes. Existing documentation systems often simply offer the results or tend to be mere protocols. Our challenge is to design a feasible way to cover innovation processes such as innovation workshops, panels, conferences, barcamps and developers' meetings in a most holistic manner. ONGOI.NG::MEDIA makes it visible! We offer you convenient access to the knowledge in the format that suits you best."

The final documentation will be presented in appealing and clear blog structure by means of confidential digital files, via the world wide web (password protected or public) or your companies' intranet: This guarantees easy and flexible access as well as maximal benefit to all its users. The documentation can be (re-)edited anytime by the ONGOI.NG::MEDIA crew or your team, depending on your preference.

Our team is well trained in innovation techniques (such as Design Thinking, Community Catalysing, Project Coaching, Methodical Hacking), hence able to capture changes in topic or spontaneous turns during the innovation process. ONGOI.NG::MEDIA uses various recording types: Those cover text, sound, graphic, photographic and video recordings in previously defined timeslots. Additionally we also offer innovative documentation tools such as visual recording and documentary prototyping.

ONGOI.NG::MEDIA invites the innovators to remember and revive their documentation processes in the long run. Additionally, ONGOI.NG::MEDIA may also be useful to a broader audience - both as an introduction to the processes of innovation methods in general, and for deeper insight into particular sessions, which in turn may reveal hooks for further research. We also invite developers, designers and conceptors to benefit from ONGOI.NG::MEDIA with respect to evaluation processes: ONGOI.NG::MEDIA serves to illustrate and explain the innovation processes according to the users' school of thought in a clear and comprehensible manner to other departments. ONGOI.NG::MEDIA is a mobile service and can be applied in the location of your choice.
